P.J. O’Toole

P.J. O’Toole joined Oliva, Saks, Garcia & Curiel PLLC in January 2026 as a Law Clerk. Born and raised in Spring Branch, Texas, P.J. earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Texas A&M University in May 2024. He is currently a third-year law student at St. Mary’s University School of Law.

Since joining the firm, P.J. has gained valuable experience across a broad range of legal matters, including family law, divorce, child custody and conservatorship, business litigation, real estate disputes, criminal law, civil litigation, probate, and estate planning. Through this diverse experience, he has developed an appreciation for the unique circumstances and individual needs that shape each legal matter. P.J. strives to understand each client’s concerns and objectives, approaching every matter with diligence, professionalism, and attention to detail.

P.J. is committed to continuing to strengthen his legal knowledge and skills as he prepares for a career in the legal profession. He looks forward to applying his education and experience to serving clients and making a meaningful contribution to his community.

Outside of the office, P.J. enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and skiing.
