Kenneth S. Saks
Mr. Saks is a founding partner in the law firm of Oliva, Saks, Garcia & Curiel, L.L.P. and has practiced for over 32 years in commercial litigation, general business advisory, estate planning and asset protection, real estate, development and construction, non-profit and international transactions. He attended St. Mary’s University and holds B.B.A.,(86′) Finance, J.D.(89), and a Master of Law in International and Comparative Law (LL.M.)(03′).
Mr. Saks is also a fee attorney/escrow officer with Stewart Title Co. for over 10 years.
Mr. Saks served on the Texas Judicial Counsel for the State of Texas following the appointment by Gov. Greg Abbott and confirmed by the State Senate from 2017-2021.
He has been recognized as National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Best of the Bar- Top 100
Settlements in 2019.
Mr. Saks proudly served on the St. Mary’s University Board of Trustees from 2010 to 2018, Law Oversight Committee, and currently a Texas Bar Foundation-fellow, San Antonio Bar Foundation- fellow, St. Mary’s Hispanic Law Alumni Assoc.; board member/ former president.
Mr. Saks represents numerous clients all over Texas and serves as lead development attorney for Echo East project-$150 million mixed-use development with George Gervin Youth Center Inc., with successful Phase I, including a $43 million 192-unit multi-family LITHC project with Atlantic Pacific Communities and City of San Antonio/SAHT which closed April, 2021.
