R. Carlo Garcia

Carlo Garcia is a native of San Antonio, Texas, who graduated from UTSA in 1991 with an undergraduate degree in accounting. He attended St. Mary’s Law School and became licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1994. His primary practice is concentrated in Bexar County and surrounding counties and he does extensive work in the Western District of Texas, many cases that deal with foreclosure defense. He has worked for the same law firm since working as a law clerk and is now a partner with the law firm of Oliva, Saks, Garcia & Curiel, PLLC. His primary areas of practice are family law and real estate. His real estate practice involves both litigation and transactional real estate transactions. Litigation issues very often involve boundary line disputes, adverse possession, implied easements and suits for quiet title and partition. On the transactional side, services range from drafting real estate closing documents for clients that include title companies, to providing legal counsel to clients throughout the sales transaction, even in cases where the client is being represented by a real estate broker or agent. With a background in residential and commercial real estate investing,, Mr. Garcia is able to provide clients with a unique perspective from both a legal and hands-on approach.
