Austin is a native of San Antonio, Texas. After high school, Austin moved to west Texas to become a Red Raider at Texas Tech University, where he received degrees in history and philosophy with a concentration in ethics. After graduating, Austin moved back home to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law where he discovered is passion for the legal system and public service.
Austin joined Oliva, Saks, Garcia & Curiel, PLLC in the Fall of 2021, focusing primarily on civil litigation, real estate & commercial litigation, estate planning, and family law. Austin also has experience in personal injury and wrongful suits, involving allegations of premises liability and general negligence.
Austin applies his problem-solving abilities and personality to the practice of law, focusing on client needs and desires while leading them to favorable outcomes, whether that be dispositive relief, settlement or trial.
In his free time, Austin enjoys playing basketball, seeing live music, and spending time with his wife and dogs.
